GES Coalition’s Tierra Colectiva Community Land Trust is the structure that owns, develops, and stewards land for community benefit.

Tierra Colectiva is controlled by a development board consisting of 1/3 Tierra Colectiva residents, 1/3 non-resident neighbors, and 1/3 development experts.

All members of the development board are appointed by the member-elected GES Coalition board.
